The elevators and escalators located in the Scotiabank Galleria are out of service.To navigate from Union Station Bus Terminal to Union Station, follow these steps:1. Exit the doors to Lakeshore Boulevard.2. Turn right, towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street.3. Cross the street, to the northwest corner of Bay Street.4. Turn right and walk north on Bay Street.5. Scotiabank Galleria is located on the left, before entering the Bay West Teamway.To navigate from Union Station to Union Station Bus Terminal, follow these steps.1. Exit Scotiabank Galleria on Bay Street.2. Turn right and walk south on Bay Street to Lakeshore Boulevard.3. Cross the street, to the southeast corner of Bay Street and Lakeshore Boulevard.4. Walk east along Lakeshore Boulevard to the front doors of Union Station Bus TerminalWe will advise when back in service.

The elevator connecting the west tunnel to platform 1 is out of service. The station remains accessible from the elevator at the east end of platform. Whitby GO - Flooring repairs

Starting at 12 a.m. on Friday September 5, until 11:00 a.m. Sunday September 7 2025, some areas of the south vestibule at Whitby GO will not be available for use. Flooring repairs will be taking place, however there will be no impact to the accessibility of the station.
