The elevator located in the Scotiabank Galleria is out of service. To navigate from Union Station Bus Terminal to Union Station, follow these steps:1. Exit the doors to Lakeshore Boulevard.2. Turn right, towards the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and Bay Street.3. Cross the street, to the northwest corner of Bay Street.4. Turn right and walk north on Bay Street.5. Scotiabank Galleria is located on the left, before entering the Bay West Teamway.We will advise when back in service.

Danforth GO

The elevator connecting the south entrance to tunnel is out of service. The station remains accessible from the north side. Elevator rehabilitation project

There is ongoing repair work to the elevators in the west pedestrian tunnel. These repairs are completed in phases, and there continues to be no accessible eastbound GO train service from Rouge Hill GO. Dignity shuttle services will be available for eastbound customers. There are no changes for customers who do not require elevator access to the platforms. Ongoing until the end of July: Elevator one, located on platform one, will be closed for repairs. Ongoing until the end of July: Elevator two, located on platform two, will be closed for repairs. This work schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions. Dignity shuttle service is available. Call 416-398-2222 and dial “0”, to request a shuttle. Learn more about this important work.
